About us

Leading the team are Sara and Fabio, an enthusiastic couple whose journey into cooking dates back many years. Graduate of the prestigious Alma Culinary Academy, Fabio works his culinary magic in the kitchen, creating contemporary takes on traditional Sardinian/Italian dishes. Imagine fresh seafood and luscious meats dancing with freshly prepared pasta that is brimming with flavour and produced with only the freshest ingredients.
